Mossberg® Adds 590R™ and 590RM™ Pump-Action Shotguns with Chisel Machining Folding Stock Mounts

Mossberg is pleased to announce the introduction of the 590R Chisel and 590RM Chisel, expanding the 590R/RM platform with premium configurations developed in collaboration with Chisel Machining. These new models combine Mossberg’s pistol-grip rotary safety, pump-action shotguns with enhanced ergonomics, compact handling, and rugged styling designed for tactical and defensive applications.

The 590R Chisel is configured with an 18.5-inch barrel with integrated heat shield, and features a Chisel Machining folding stock mount, providing a solid shooting platform with the added benefit of compact storage and transport. The shotgun is finished with a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote® receiver, delivering increased corrosion resistance and a distinctive appearance.

Designed for maximum compactness, the 590RM Chisel features an 11.5-inch barrel and a 10-round detachable magazine, offering impressive firepower in a highly maneuverable package. Like its full-size counterpart, the 590RM Chisel is equipped with a Chisel Machining folding stock mount and a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote receiver, providing durability and consistent aesthetics across the line.

Both models are built on Mossberg’s pistol grip rotary safety pump-action shotgun platform, which allows for
positive feeding, and reliable performance. The folding stock design enhances adaptability in confined spaces
while maintaining control and shootability when utilized.
