Sitka's Equinox Turkey Collection offers superior camouflage with their Subalpine and Optifade patterns, while their Stratus jacket provides necessary warmth during dawn hunts. Their lightweight Ascent pants deliver comfort for long sits. Nomad's Harvester series includes excellent base layers with scent control technology and their Syncrate Turkey Vest provides essential organization with multiple call pockets and a comfortable cushion. Essential gear regardless of brand includes a reliable shotgun ([Mossberg 500 Turkey](https://www.mossberg.com/firearms/shotguns/500.html?mb_hunting=Turkey)), quality calls (box, slate, and diaphragm), decoys (Jake and hen combo), and face covering. Don't overlook a cushion for extended sitting, premium turkey loads, and a good pair of binoculars. Invest first in quality camouflage, comfortable boots, and a reliable shotgun—the foundational elements that most impact hunting success.
