Who Gets Blame For Duck Hunting Decline?

Are outfitters to blame? What about conservation groups like Ducks Unlimited or the Audubon Society? Are ducks endangered? What happened to duck hunting?

Ask duck hunters everywhere and they will tell you something like, "I don't care what state agencies are saying or what Ducks Unlimited reports ... the duck numbers are not there. We aren't seeing ducks."

Arkansas duck hunting is not as good as it was and any truth teller will tell you that. The same holds true for duck hunting the Mississippi Flyway. There's a ton of issues around it but duck hunting is changing rapidly and has been for over 10 years now.
